this song isn't new, or new to me, but sometimes i go through phases with songs where it's almost like i am rediscovering them. earlier tonight this one came up on a genius mix in my itunes and i ended up on the wikipedia page for the ep it's on, and named after. i read this quote and something about it just got to me:

then i went to youtube to see if there were any videos for it and found this pretty awesome stop motion video. i guess if you don't know anything about bon iver the video might not seem very relevant but go ahead and read that wiki page and then you'll see. alright, enough of my babbling...here's blood bank by bon iver:
