cruisin' the bay

my friend jimmy went to san francisco over the holiday weekend. he just posted his pictures to facebook and i saw that he went on the same booze cruise we went on last summer! he asked for suggestions for things to do while they were there and i definitely did not suggest the cruise. the truth is, it was boring. we went in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday and were practically the only people on board. i had a fun time, don't get me wrong, but the actual cruise part was pretty dull. the cruise that jimmy and david went on was a little different though. they cruised the bay for a while, then parked it in the bay and watched 4th of july fireworks. that sounds like more fun! the weather for their cruise looked pretty shitty though. cloudy and super windy. our cruise was sunny and only somewhat windy.

anyway, all of his pictures got me thinking about that magical city and i realized i had never posted this picture from our booze cruise, so here you go!

and as usual, i am totally daydreaming about going back there, again. i simply cannot get enough of san francisco.

i totally cropped a crazy person out of that picture and i don't feel bad about it at all.
