last night i did some wrastlin' with my nephew. piggy back ride type stuff, rolling on the floor, you get the idea. then when i was getting ready to go out last night i started to have a little bit of shoulder pain. it has only gotten worse in the last 24 hours. the entire right side of my neck/collar bone/shoulder (from front to back) is soooo sore.
i've been rockin' the heating pad on and off all day but it's not really doing anything. ibuprofen isn't doing anything either. i feel that i probably need to see a doctor but the fact that it's sunday evening severely limits my options. i don't think i could handle sitting in a waiting room for hours on end. i guess i'll try to sleep through the night tonight and see what i can do tomorrow. ughh this sucks.
