when we were at the farmer's market on saturday we saw a shirt that had a pig on it that said, "praise the lard." none of us were able to get a picture of it though. while trying to describe the shirt to others, i forgot what the shirt actually said and i said, "lard have mercy!" which seriously cracked us all up. so now i'm going to be using that phrase ALL the time. be prepared!

I think I like "lard have mercy" better than "praise the lard"...
i like it better too! like, when i eat something lard-y i can say, "lard have mercy!" and, maybe it won't go straight to my gut.
